To get into IITS and NITS, IIITS, the eligibility criteria depends upon JEE Mains and JEE advance, in order to get into NITS and IITS, you need to qualify JEE Mains and for IIITS, JEE advance is mandatory.

You need to be in the top 20 percentile in 12th and good marks in JEE Mains and JEE Advance for IITs to get admission in top government colleges.

The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech programs in IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other government engineering colleges are as follows:
Qualification: You should have passed your 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Dear Gaurav, I have no idea about the eligibility criteria to get admission in IIT, NIT, IIIT, and other government colleges for B.Tech. But being alumni of LPU which is one of the best private universities in India, I can share the B.Tech eligibility. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with English Maths and Physics. Moreover, you have to either qualify for the LPU NEST exam or JEE Mains with a minimum of 85 percentile. It depends on the JEE Mains score. Cut off is released by them. Counselling participation is required to take admission in the same.
