To get into IITS and NITS, IIITS, the eligibility criteria depends upon JEE Mains and JEE advance, in order to get into NITS and IITS, you need to qualify JEE Mains and for IIITS, JEE advance is mandatory.

But being alumni of LPU which is one of the best private universities in India, I can share the B.Tech eligibility. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with English Maths and Physics. Moreover, you have to either qualify for the LPU NEST exam or JEE Mains with a minimum of 85 percentile.
