Different Iits and Nits have different rank selection and it also depends on your caste category you belong to. plus your 12 percentage.

I did some searches & found that the minimum marks in Jee advance is around 150-160 for General category, 110-120 for OBC & 60-65 for SC/ST category. According this please check your rank with Shiksha's rank predictor. This is one of the best tool which shows accurate answer.

If you want a good iit then you have to be under 1000 in jee advanced but however if you are ok with every iit then a rank below 5000.
For nits you have to get a rank under 50000 in jee mains.
