    Eligibility for MBA programme: The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university. Thank you.

    The entry requirement / eligibility criteria to MBA programs are -Graduation any Stream. Most of the colleges demands minimum 50% marks. There are some entrance examinations, through which admissions to MBA has been done, ie MAT, CMAT, CAT, etc.
    Average salary of a HR guy will differ from company to company.

    The criteria depend on the institute you are looking for admission. Average salary varies from college to college. But you can expect a salary at least 6-7 lakhs if you get into a Tier-III college.
