LPU ranked 50th in Engineering stream, as per the Ministry of education government of India, among private and government universities under NIRF. .
The eligibility of course is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*.For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.

You are supposed to score above 65% in your class 12th, if you want to get admission in any engineering college. -
Candidates willing to apply for Mechanical Engineering degree need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria.
10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biotechnology, language and any other subject at 10+2 level.
The minimum aggregate score of 50% at 10+2 level.
