You will have to appear for a PG entrance exam of the university and qualify it to enter into M.Tech Environmental Engg. -
Most probably yes, the university takes admission through GATE and TS PGECET. For entry through PGECET, it is required that you have Chemical background. Although there seems to be no such restriction through GATE. You can confirm this on the official website of OU.
