What is the eligibility criteria to get admission into lateral BTech course at IMU Chennai?

<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Candidates can </span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">get</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> direct admission to the lateral </span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">BTech</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> course at IMU Chennai after </span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">completing</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> the eligibility requirements.</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> Check out the eligibility criteria required to get lateral entry in the BTech course:</span></p><p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Three-year engineering Diploma in Marine/ Mechanical /Electrical / Electrical &amp; </span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Electronics, </span><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> from the colleges approved by AICTE or the State Board of Technical Education with a minimum of 55% of aggregate marks in the last year of the Diploma course.</span></p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">OR</span></strong></p><p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Four-year Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering from the colleges approved by AICTE or the State Board of </span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Technical Education with a minimum 55% aggregate&nbsp;marks in the last year of the Diploma course.</span></p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces="true">OR</span></strong></p><p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">First-year training from the Alternate Training Scheme, approved by D.G.
