The eligibility criteria to get admission into AME courses at Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering are, firstly, the candidates shall have passed a minimum Class12 class with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, telecommunications, and aeronautical. Additionally, the admissions are merit-based, which is evaluated based on candidates achieving scores in their last qualifying examination, followed by interviews.
