Hi Ritesh,
The main criteria is brilliant academic performance. Scholarships are based on merit, universities will automatically consider you for scholarship when you apply, some universities may require you to write essays, etc.

My scores are mentioned below:
A. Class 10th: 89.54%.
B. Class 12th: 83.6%.
C. College: 9.27 CPI = 87.7% (1st rank in GTU electrical engineering).
