There is not any bond restriction on learning any languages. You can learn freely.

There is no any eligibility criteria to learn C+ and Java. Both are programming languages. If you are interested in learn programming then you can go for it.

No problem. Everything depends on your interest. If you really want to become a game developer or passionate about it then maths is not any barrier. Start to learn c/c+ then slowly maths will automatically understandable.
