Candidates have to fulfill the following criteria to participate in the NEET MDS counselling Round 2:
- Candidates who did not register in Round 1
- Candidates who were not allotted seat in Round 1
- Candidates who have opted for upgradation and resigned from the seat allotted in Round 1.
