What is the eligibility criteria to participate in the Stray Vacancy round of NEET UG counselling?

<p>The eligibility criteria and other important factors for the Stray Vacancy round of NEET UG counselling are as follows:</p><ul><li>Candidates should not have been allotted seats in the past three rounds</li><li>Candidates must have resigned from the allotted seats</li><li>Candidates allotted seat in Round 3 should have opted for upgradation in order to participate in the Stray Vacancy round of NEET UG counselling 2023</li></ul><p>Regarding the Stray Vacancy round of NEET UG counselling 2023, MCC has stated, &ldquo;If a candidate is allotted a seat in Stray round, he has to join the allotted seat/college. If the candidate does not join the allotted seat, he/she shall be debarred from the NEET examination for 01 Year along with forfeiture of fees."</p>
