The eligibility criteria to practice law in courts after completing a distance/correspondence LLB program from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is the same as for any regular LLB program in India.
According to the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules, candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks and have completed an LLB degree from a recognized university or institute are eligible to enroll as advocates and practice law in the courts of India.
