I have done Bcom, PGDBA in Finance and HR.

Hi,
1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern

For becomming a Teacher at the school level it is essential that you do B.Ed. For becomming a Lecturer in Colleege you need to clear the UGC NET exam.
