The basic eligibility requirement to pursue Dietetics and Nutrition course at the UG and PG level is as follows for admission to best BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics colleges in India:
Under-Graduate (UG)
- The minimum eligibility for pursuing UG in Dietetics and Nutrition course is passing the Class XII Board exam in the Science stream for admission to best colleges for BSc Nutrition and Dietetics in India.
- Students must have studied Biochemistry/Chemistry/Physics as major subjects in Class XII
- They should have scored an aggregate of at least 50 per cent or an equivalent CGPA in the Class XII Boar

To seek admission in Bachelor course in nutrition and dietetics, you need to complete class 12th with science (Physics, chemistry, home science and biology) from a recognized board.
Besides, a B.Sc in nutrition and dietetics, other preferable fields of graduation are home science, food science and technology, medicine, hotel management or catering technology.
