What is the eligibility criteria to pursue a diploma in mechanical engineering?

I studied only 8th standard. I want to study diploma in mechanical engg or any other course in mechanical except I.T.I. which college offers this or where i have to study

first of all u have to pass 1oth standred after that u cango with The Institution of Mechinical Engineers (Mumbai)
