What is the eligibility criteria to pursue B.Com from DU?

Below mentioned is the eligibility criteria, which has been decided by educational committee:
1. Honors courses:
B.Com (Honors) all boards:
(I) Candidates from commerce stream: Minimum 60% aggregate and 60% in accountancy.
(II) Candidates from science stream: Minimum 60% aggregate and 60% in math

Thank you. I am a science student and I belong to the general category. Can I only get admission in colleges which fall under DU on the basis of class 12th score? Is there any entrance exam for the same?
