What is the eligibility criteria to pursue B.Com?

I am 10th pass but 12th failed.

You will have to pass +2. Else you can take a B.Com from any open University based on age. But this is subject to availability and additionally the degree cannot considered in par with regular B.Com. The best advise is to appear again and complete +2
