Hi,
The eligibility criteria for B.Com is to complete 12th in Commerce with Accounts, Maths and Economics as subject combination with 60%.
Below is the list of B.Com colleges :
-Garden City College (GCC)
-Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics
-Shri Ram College of Commerce
-Hansraj College

In order to pursue regular or full time B.Com course you need to be 12th pass from commerce stream through full time mode.

No. You are eligible for MBA only after a 3 year degree course completed. First do your graduation and then become eligible for MBA. You an complete both through distance education one after another.
