To pursue a B.Des (Bachelor of Design) at LPU, the eligibility criteria are as follows:
Minimum Educational Requirement: The candidate should have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test): Candidates are required to qualify for LPUNEST for admission to the B.Des program. The test assesses general aptitude, design skills, and creativity. In some cases, candidates with valid scores in other recognised design entrance exams (such as UCEED, and NID) may be exempted from LPUNEST.
