What is the eligibility criteria to pursue B.Ed in Hindi or English?

I failed in b.com final year in the year 2003, but i have passed in languages English, Hindi

Dear Sunaina, You have only cleared few papers of the Graduation course so you are not a Graduate and so not eliligible for admission into B.Ed.
