Eligibility varies from university to university. Some of the universities which offer this course are: University of Delhi, Institute of Forensic Science, Panjab University.
Why dont you do B.Tech? You will get good jobs and you can join as forensic personnel in some good government or private company.
Top Engineering colleges are Pune Uni, IP uni, Lovely Professional University.
