A 10+2 certificate with PCM or must have diploma in civil engineering can pursue B.Tech in civil engineering.
For distance education, many institutes offer the same, Kindly fill the admission form to proceed further.

For better career and growth you should go for regular education as it is technical degree and you need to learn a lot of things practically. For Admission in regular course depends upon your JEE Mains score and percentage in 12th and if you want to join IITs then JEE Advance score matters too. Some

B.Tech through distance also require either 10+2 with mathematics or polytechnic diploma in the same branch.
You can do your B.Tech through AMIE (It doesn't accept any distance diploma for lateral entry) or IME. These two institutes offer degree equivalent to Bachelor's degree in engineering.
