What is the eligibility criteria to pursue BBA? Can I pursue BBA after completing BPP program from IGNOU.

I have completed 10th in 2004. Due to some issues I was unable to continue my studies. Now I would like to pursue BBA. If possible I will continue BBA from IGNOU.
