Hi,
You can start with the CS Course as soon as you complete your schooling I. e. standard XII. You can also start after completing your graduation, which gives you the benefit of directly getting enrolled in the second stage. -

The eligibility criteria for company secretary course is class 12th or an equivalent examination. There is no maximum age limit to apply for company secretary course. So, you can pursue company secretary course.
