    LL.B. in distance education is not permitted in India so it is not possible at present circumstances

    Hi,
    NIOS student can definitely go ahead with any desired career. Also if you wish to pursue the law degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
    But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time or distance education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
    However, if you are keen on correspondence study, then you can consider the below options-
    National Law School of India University
    Kuvempu University Distance Education
    Centre for Distance and Open Learning

    There is no provision to study Law through distance education mode. You need to go through the conventional mode only. Therefore start preparing for its competitive exam if your interest in it is so great.
