What is the eligibility criteria to pursue engineering in the US?

My daughter is a US citizen and we cannot afford the fees under NRI quota.

Hi Rekha, Since your daughter is a citizen already there is no question of an NRI quota here. Secondly, she will apply under domestic applicant category. She must still take SAT. TOEFL or IELTS is not required. As a citizen or domestic applicant, she will be eligible for financial aid on need-based
