Hi,
As per the admission details by UPEC 2017, there is no 3 years LLB program offer in next year admission. If they going to offer in coming year, then you need to check from the admission team through e-mail or at help line.
Otherwise, you need to apply in other universities in 3 year LLB program and normally every next university require minimum 50% in graduation .
All the best.
