LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

    Hello.
There are two graduate law courses in India. One is integrated 5-year course like BA LLB, B.Sc LLB, B.Com LL.B, and BBA LLB. Another is 3-year LLB course. If you want to pursue integrated 5-year LLB course, then you need to qualify 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum percentage of 45% marks for the candidates belonging from the general caste. If you fall within the ambit of reservation (S.C/S.T/O.B.C), then there is a relaxation of 5% marks in the aggregate. In such a case the reserved candidate needs to get 40% marks in his 10+2 level. Though the percentage varies from university to university. After that, one needs to

Law colleges in India offer 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB Law degrees.
For a 5-year LLB course, you need to complete class 12th with a decent score. Almost every college now, has their own admission process under which they conduct entrance exams and interviews. Visit the college website you wish to secure admission in for the further details. Also, some states now have a State Level Law CET and your score in the CET helps you get admission into Law College.
Whereas, for a 3 year LLB course, you should be a Graduate in any stream (arts, science, commerce). Your aggregate marks are usually taken into consideration for the admission. Also, eve
