You should have at least 60% in your graduation and the cutoffs are based on the institute you wish to join into.

Well, first of all you should not have any backlog, and you should have at least secured 60% average in you graduation which most of the colleges prefer. And additional criteria details depend upon the institute in which you wish to pursue you M.Com.
