The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities. General eligibility criteria to study it in German University is as follows:
(a) High academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.
(b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in the German Languag

It will be good if you get REC letter from a renowned faculty. If that is not feasible, you can get REC from a senior faculty of your college.
