    You have to qualify for CAT depending on sectional cut off and have decent academic background.

    Need to complete graduation and ur eligible to give mba entrance exams like Cat, cet, cmat, xat,snap etc in the final year. start preparing from ur second last year of graduation so that u dont have to take year gap and hv enuf tym to solve doubts ur.
