    Hi Nami,
You may surely pursue an MFA in Painting. Most of the Institutes or Universities in India offering an MFA degree, requires you to have graduated in Fine Arts- BFA.
However, you may check with a couple of these Universities offering the MFA program for graduates in any discipline.
    1. Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj - Nagpur University.
    2. Sarojini Naidu School of Performing Arts, Fine Arts and Communication - Hyderabad University.
    3. College of Arts and Craft – Chennai.
    4. Delhi University.
    5. Amrita School of Arts and Science – Kochi.
    6. University of Mumbai.
    7. National Museum Institute of History of Art.
    8. IIT Kanpur.
    9. Amity Schoo
