What is the eligibility criteria to pursue masters in electrical engineering in Canada with specialization in power engineering?

I had completed BE(EEE) with 65% in 2011 with 7 backlogs. I have Secured 69% in 10th and 68% in 12th. I have work experience of 1.5 years as a electrical engineer. I have enrolled for GRE and IELTS test.
