    Hi Dipendera,
The scope of MBA in banking is purely wide because the future of Investment banking in India is usually growing day by day. Investment banking has always been a highly cyclical business, growing when the markets grow, shrinking when they shrink. But a combination of regulation, technology and investment would be a winning success for the BFSI sector in India. The eligibility criteria to pursue MBA in Banking is specifically is to first apply for an entrance test like SNAP, CAT etc. For example - If you wanted to take an Admission into Symbiosis School of Banking & Finance (SSBF) then the first step is to register for SNAP

Banking is a growing industry in India. Government is expanding public sector bank network and also private banks are increasing their reach. New private banks are opening. In my opinion, MBA banking has a good career with wide opportunities. Graduates with 50% marks with any subject is eligible for MBA banking. BBA or B.Com is a preferred graduation for MBA banking, so that graduation degree aligns with your PG.
