Minimum criteria is graduation. Some schools may need at least 4 years of post 12 graduation education. In case, you have work experience, you will be getting additional points in most B school selections. Some colleges will give marks/ benefits for a post-graduation as well. Basic requirement. You need to give entrance exams such as CAT XAT GMAT NMAT etc.

First of all, I would like to tell you that you have not mentioned the place where do you want to go for MBA? If I give you answer on general base then it will like the basic qualification required for admission in MBA are following.
1. A minimum of 50% marks in your 3 or 4 years Bachelor degree from a recognised university.
2. There is no minimum or maximum age limit to pursue this course.
3. There are no fixed number of attempts for any of the entrance exams like CAT MAT XAT etc.
