What is the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA?
I am working in MNC as a Manager. I have 5 years of work experience. I have completed 3 years Diploma after class 12th.

I Guess you have been associated with BPO and at being at a managerial level you can pursue part time MBA which is for 3 years from Reputed universities which including WE school, Simsree, etc. This will not affect your current job but your timings might clash if you are working for a night shift.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you have not done graduation, so as per your profile you are not eligible to pursue MBA.
As in order to pursue MBA you need to graduate in any field.However you may consider pursuing diploma in management program.
