What is the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA?

Hi, If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc. The selection process in B-schools generally consists of : A. Past Academic record. B. Scores in entrance tests. C. Group Discussion. D. Personal Interview. 3. Work experience. Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other. The process may include - Written Test. - Group Discussions. - Personal Interviews. Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process. B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process. Dear Deepak, for doing MBA you need to have 50% marks in graduation. You can give CAT/ XAT/ MAT etc and after clearing the test, GDPI you can get admission in some reputed institution like IIM, XLRI, etc. In case you are not able to score good in CAT/ XAT/ MAT etc then also don't get disheartened. There are many private universities like Lovely Professional University, Amity University, Sikkim Manipal University, etc. Good luck.

HI Deepak In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need: Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT. Even we have MBA programs with us. TEAM SGI

Hi Deepak, Any Graduate with more than 50% can do MBA. There are few university which is taking admission for less then 50% without any back-lock.
