If you want to take admission in IIM's then you must clear CAT exam with good percentile. Also there are number of other good colleges which take there own entrance exam.
Check for following top B-Schools:
Nirma Institute of Managemen Ahmadabad
NMIMS - Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies

There is need to have minimum 50% marks at graduation level after that you can give CAT/MAT/XAT test to get admission in top and better business school for MBA

No its not require you can do any degree or btech. But check university affiliation that's is important.

No Shanya, not at all. You may take any graduation degree from an any approved institution. The next important thing is to stasnd in merit in the CAT (exam).
