Every Institute has its own selection process. Some colleges required 50% or more but many colleges are there in which required Percentage is less.
To apply for a MBA programme, you just need to be a graduate. After that you have to clear any of Entrance exams like WAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc. Bet

Regarding preparation of CAT test, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for CAT and various other management entrance tests.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

Work experience required for an MBA course depends on the institute. Some don't need any experience at all, some need 4 and some need 8 years of experience.
