It is not exactly a problem of getting low marks.How you are ready for the admission is all the more important.Check all your additional skills and see whether they are up to the mark.Improve your Communication Skills primarily.

No niladri ,i dont think that the percentage would create any serious problem to you to get admission in a respected b-school,just you have to prepare yourself for the test which are there for taking admissions in respected b school ,you can prepare for nmat ,cat, cmat ,mat and snap and you have to

If you mean full time MBA and PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So with less then 50% marks in gradua
