    Hi,
    Undoubtedly Germany is the best study destination to pursue masters degree in mechanical engineering and related fields.
    However please remember getting admission in German universities in very competitive you need to have very good academic record to get admission in German universities.
    For your reference find below the the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany
    - Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (70%-80% plus in degree)
    - High score in GRE.
    - High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
    Preferred GRE score- 300-320 plus.

Hello, whether it's Automobile or any other branch, duration for Diploma is three years after 10th board. However as per National Education Policy, once a student gets admission, after 12th board, once the students complete two years, they will be entitled to receive diploma. Then they can either leave the course or continue the same for one or two more years, they will be entitled for higher recognition.
