    Punjabi University is good for chemistry master's, but certainly not the best.
    LPU on the other hand offers M.Sc. (Hons. ). Chemistry with eligibility as 55% (Bachelor's degree with chemistry). The course is designed for the research aspirants and provoking " doing by yourself" approach. The learner has to do a unique three term dissertation along with the core curricula. Scientific exploration : Capability of comprehending basic scientific principles, mathematical aptitude and theories to propose solutions. The programme outcomes of this course are:

    Hi Harvir,
    Candidates should have passed B.Sc. with Physics as major subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

    There are approximately 270 seats (including all colleges) for Chemistry in DU. Among these, 50 % seats are filled up on the basis of merit based on marks obtained by the candidates either in general or honours in chemistry. Aggregate should be 60% or above and same cut-off for Chemistry as a major subject for honours courses. Remaining 50% seats are filled up on the basis of merit based on marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance test conducted by the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi.     Hello,
    If you aspire to do Masters in the Chemistry field, you need at least 55% marks in the graduation. With M.Sc Programme, you can also prepare for the NET exam.
    The NET exam is conducted every year for the brilliant minds of science field. It provides you with the wonderful opportunities to make a career in the lectureship and research field. There is no age limit for the NET exam while to gain scholarship, you need to be not more than 28 years of age. There is age relaxation for the female and reserved candidates.

    Basic eligibility for M.Sc. in chemistry is as follows:
    Candidates should have passed BOT/B.Sc OT/Both from a recognized university with a minimumof 50% marks in aggregate. With minimum 50% marks or 3 years of degree in B.Sc.

    Hi,

    The course duration of M.Sc Chemistry is 2 years.

    Number of seats are 60.

    The eligibility of this course is on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

    • The basic MSc Chemistry eligibility criteria is a graduate degree in Chemistry or an allied discipline from a recognized college with at least 50% or more marks. MSc Chemistry syllabus focuses on subjects such as Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Atomi structures etc.

    The two-year MSc The programme offered by Punjabi University in 16 specialisations. Out of all these, admission to three specialisations is offered via an entrance test conducted by the University. For the remaining thirteen specialisations, admission is based on merit scores in the qualifying exam. The basic eligibility criteria is a pass in BA/ BSc With a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% in the case of SC/ST & Physically Handicapped students).

    The eligibility criteria to pursue M.Sc. In Chemistry from Punjabi University, Patiala, are as follows:
    Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or an equivalent degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the subject of Chemistry.
