There is nothing called cut off, it all depends from Institute to Institute. If are looking for top Management College than you should Score 85% above in Mat and similar Kind of Exam and 65 Percentile in Cat.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
