Hi,
Please note that the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atl

ALL UGC recognized university running Ph.D. course minimum eligibility is PG degree with 55% Marks in the subject concerned fee is different for different university
