What is the eligibility criteria to pursue PhD?
I have done PGDBM. I have 3.5 years of work experience.

Hi,
Please remember the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atle

No you are not eligible as For PhD as you mini. required Post graduate degree. I would suggest you should do any relevant post graduate part time degree and then apply for PhD.

It is possible if you have done an MBA equivalent course such as AICTE approved PGDM. But it seems like you have done PGDBM which in my view is not recognized by AICTE.
