I completed my MBA in 2013. Currently I am working in a MNC. I have work experience of one year.

The degree MBA is enough to get eligibility to pursue PhD. You are required to write the entrance exam conducted by various universities. Now VTU is on, check the website of vtu you will get all info. If you wish to do from other university, check their entrance exam date and go ahead. Best wishes.
