If you mean masters degree, then for your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany:
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (70%-80% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.

Dear Kirubakaran,
General eligibility criteria to Masters course at a University in Germany are as follows.
1. Bachelor degree in the same field.
2. IELTS - Minimum 6.5 or TOEFL - Minimum 550(PBT), 213 (CBT) and 79 (IBT)
3. GRE (Engineering) or GMAT (MBA) for some unviersity.
