    The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the B.A. (Hons.) in English course at Visva Bharati University is 75% marks in aggregate and 75% marks in General English at the +2 level for UR candidates, 67.5% marks in aggregate and 67.5% marks in General English at the +2 level for OBC candidates, and passing in 10+2 level or equivalent for SC&ST candidates.
