To seek direct admission for the B.A. (Hons.) in German course at JNU, the eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The candidate should have passed the Senior School Certificate or equivalent examination in the year 2024 or are due to appear in 2025.
- 80% of the seats in B.A. (Hons.) programme in the School are earmarked for those who have either passed the Senior School Certificate or equivalent examination in the year 2024 or are due to appear in 2025, and the remaining 20% are open to all other candidates.
- Admission will be based on the performance of the candidates in CUET (UG)-2025 and deprivation points earned by the eligible candidate
